To end this blog, I've posted the pics of the 10 seasons of Love 2 Love. I only saw Seasons 9 & 11 (because of Isabel, of course) , the rest of the seasons I saw 1 or two episodes. Thanks for the kilig moments and wonderful (well some are not he he) moments that makes everyone want to fall in love all over again. I'll miss hearing the song. 12 Seasons of Love to Love...wow!!!!

Epi. 8 Finale

Cristy couldn’t hide it any longer. She went back to the stage and revealed her true self. The judges decided to disqualify Cristy and declared May-an the winner. Cristy ran from the stage but Boyong went after her. Cristy kept putting herself down, saying over and over that no one would ever love her. But Boyong couldn’t take it any longer , he revealed his true feelings to Cristy. Cristy was so shocked but couldn’t say anything in return. Boyong, feeling his love was unrequited, went away with a broken heart.

A few days after the pageant, Cristy had a heart to heart talk with Bruce. It was then she realized, that it was Boyong she loved all along , and not Bruce. Immediately, she went to Boyong’s house to confess her feelings to Boyong. Boyong was so overwhelmed with what he heard that he immediately took out an engagement ring and , proposed marriage to Cristy. A year after, and 200 pounds lighter, Cristy and Boyong got married……and they lived happily ever after.

Thin may be in but fat is fabulous……

Hmmmm whatever happened to May-an and Bruce? Nobody knows, they didn’t reveal it in the show and does anyone really care.

Anyway, this is my last post for this blog. I didn’t expect to last this long, but I made it. I hoped everyone enjoyed the show just as I did. Sa 11 seasons of Love to Love, I’ve only watched (from the start to finish ha…) Season 9 and Season 11. Which is better… hmm mahirap sagutin… ahh well mas natawa ako sa like mother like daughters (season 9) and I like season 11 because we see a different side of Isabel Oli. But mas gusto ko ang Alfred -Isabel keysa Paolo-Isabel. Mas marami kasing kilig scenes ang season 9 (sorry paolo!!)

Anyway, I’ve taken a lot of screencaps from this show, and I’ll probably send it to Isabel’s fansite pic gallery. If the caps I took are acceptable by the webmaster, then you’ll be able to see all the caps in the site. I’m not sure when pa ito, tingnan na lang natin.

Well , anyway, can I just say… till the next Isabel Oli show…. Hmmm parang hindi ko na kaya…. Gusto kong manood ng show without taking notes or taking caps.. well… I could change my mind….. lets see… Basta mula ngayon my Sunday afternoons are free!!!!!! Yahooo!!!!!!!!! Bye bye!!!

Epi. 7 The Secret is Out

There was a bright light but still Boyong kept on pulling Tintin’s hand until he finally saw it was Cristy’s hand he was holding . It was then Boyong finally realized the truth , that Tintin & Cristy are one and the same. Cristy could do nothing but stare at her best friend.
Fortunately, Cristy was able to get the needed pills when Dr. Bagabag regained consciousness and transformed back to Tintin immediately. Boyong tried to talk Cristy out of this situation, to stop pretending to be somebody else. But Cristy had already made up her mind. She told Boyong that she never wanted to go back to her fat self again because nobody loved the fat Cristy. Boyong would have told Cristy of his true feelings but the pageant host was already calling her name.
The pageant went on smoothly, and clearly Tintin was the judges favorite. May-ann was on her way to get her necklace when she overheard the conversation between Dr. Bagabag and Tintin. May-ann also discovered Tintin’s secret and vowed to unmask Tintin’s true self and humiliate her. May-ann, pretending to be concerned, asked Dr. Bagabag on how to turn Cristy to her old self again. Dr. Bagabag informed May-ann that sugar, in any form, can reverse the effects of the pills.
The judges had made a decision, and the host announced that Tintin won the title “Miss Gourmet 2006”. Tintin was overwhelmed with happiness especially when she was congratulated & kissed by Bruce. May-ann approached Tintin and suddenly, to Tintin’s surprise, stuck a mint freshener in her mouth. Tintin had no choice but to swallow the mint, but immediately she felt her body changing, so she ran from the stage to hide.

Love to Love Season 11 concludes on Aug 27

NAKABAWI na rin fair and square ang Love to Love last Sunday. Patas na labanan ang nangyari sa Sunday teen shows ng dalawang networks. Second episode, kakai-introduce pa lang ng kalaban samantalang magsisimula nang mag- climax ang Love to Love. This time, the longest running and still the only twin-bill show sa television regained its supremacy sa pinaglalabanang time slot right after SOP Gigsters. We hope magpatuloy pa ito just like dati lalo na’t second to the last episode na ito bago mag 12th season. Sa Best Friends, mag jowa na ang tomboying si Ciara Sotto at ang baklaing si Paolo Ballesteros at nagsisimula nang mag- selos sina Marco Alcaraz and Valerie Concepcion. Sa Fat Is Fabulous naman, alam na ni Isabel Oli na kahit mataba siya, mahal pa rin siya ng nerd na si Paolo Contis so nagdadalawang isip na if she wants to be with the man who loves her or the man he loves na si Justin Cuyugan na may kalaban naman siya, si Tin Arnaldo. Next Sunday ang pagtatapos ng 11th season ng Love to Love.

Isabel Oli gets to play two very different characters in Love to Love Season 11’s Fat is Fabulous. First there is Cristy, an obese and kindhearted girl who yearns to be loved regardless of her weight, and then there’s Tin-tin, Cristy’s super thin and sexy alter-ego, who flirts like there’s no tomorrow.
”(Cristy’s) not contented sa looks niya, and she always wants to be thin, to be sexy, and akala niya, kapag sexy siya, mamahalin na siya ng tao. Si Tin-tin naman, thin version ni Cristy, medyo assuming, medyo mahangin na flirt, opposite talaga. Pero mabait pa rin siya, pero yun, super flirt!” Isabel says.
With the help of magic diet pills that she got from a mysterious doctor, Cristy is able to temporarilytransform into Tin-tin. This is when Tin-tin takes advantage of her physically attractive self and flirts with her longtime crush Bruce, played by Justin Cuyugan.
For Isabel to be transformed into Cristy, she has to have an earlier call time to be ready in her fat suit. “It’s not fun at all, kasi call time nila lahat, 7, ako, 3. Ako yung nauuna, kasi 5 hours yung prosthetics. Nakaupo lang! Tapos nung first day pa namin nag-taping, medyo napalpak, so dalawang beses na inulit, so 10 hours akong nakaupo!”
Isabel also has to bring extra clothes due to all the sweating underneath the costume. “After nung tinanggal nila, feeling ko, sobrang pumayat ako lalo! Kasi sobrang pawis! Tapos ang dami kong dala na sando at shorts, kasi nagbibihis talaga ako every tanggal!”
She adds with a laugh, “Tapos tawa sila nang tawa, nakakatawa daw. Pero cute, ha! Pero it’s not cute wearing the prosthetics. Like, the whole day!”
Cristy’s best friend in the story is Boyong, played by Paolo Contis. Cristy will eventually realize that while she has been head over heels in love with Bruce, the one who has always been there for her, regardless of her flab, has been Boyong. Isabel says that it’s probably Cristy and Boyong’s opposite personalities that make them click. “Ako yung nakakatawa, and si Paolo yung medyo nerd. Di ba kapag isasama nila yun, di ba parang nakakatawa?”
According to Isabel, Fat is Fabulousis different from other stories, because of the lesson it imparts. “Hindi talaga importante kung ano yung sasabihin ng ibang tao sa itsura mo, basta comfortable ka lang, kontento ka lang sa kung ano yung binibigay ng Diyos sa iyo.”

Epi. 6 "The Beauty Contest"

“I love you Cristy, …. Ahhh I love you best friend”, said Boyong . Cristy was a bit puzzled by Boyong’s odd behavior, but could only say “I love you best friend in return”. Boyong was so confused with his feelings that he made some sort of excuse to Cristy and just ran out.
The next day, Cristy accompanied her cousin May-ann for the registration for the campus beauty pageant. As usual, May-ann gave some insulting remarks to Cristy especially when Bruce arrived. Cristy was hurt, so she formed a plan to get back at her evil cousin. It was almost time to close the registration when suddenly Tintin arrived to enlist, to May-ann’s dismay. This is going to be a tough competition to beat. May-an vowed she will do everything to win the contest. Tintin enlisted Dr. Bagabag’s help to be her “alalay” and entrusted to him her most precious reducinating pills. But unfortunately, May-ann heard their conversation and stole the bag containing the pills. It was also unfortunate that Dr. Bagabag passed out before giving Tintin another bottle of pills.

The day of the pageant arrived, and Boyong was appointed as one of the judges. Suddenly, while waiting for the show to begin, Tintin felt her body changing, it was returning to her fat self again. Tintin panicked and ran away,making some excuse to the other contestants that she had dyspeptia. While she was about to escape, she met Boyong in the hall, blocking her way. There was no time left, Tintin hid herself behind the curtains, but Boyong puzzled by what’s happening , tried to pull her out of her hiding place.

Will Boyong finally learn the truth about Cristy’s secret? Will Cristy ever give up on her quest to capture the heart of Bruce?
